About Me

Like so much in life, this can all be traced back to 80's cartoons.

Since I was a kid, I've loved anything animated. Animated movies, cheesy television cartoons, even claymation commercials; anything that involves using design in motion to tell a story has always fascinated me. Every Saturday morning I was glued to the TV, soaking in the fun, the jokes, the excitement. My parents thought it was a silly phase, but I knew differently; I had decided early on that I wanted to make my own cartoons and tell my own stories.

My years of experience in a small animation shop has afforded me a broad range of experience with both 2D and 3D production lines; I've been an animator, a writer, a director, a producer, a project manager, and just about everything in between as I worked with small, focused teams to realize clients' visions and goals for their animations. My work has appeared on film, on television, and as part of unique online interactive experiences. I've even had a few opportunities to help create some stories of my own, and taken my animated shorts all over the globe.

I don't plan to stop, either. I'm always on the lookout for new and exciting challenges to push my technical aptitude, creativity, and artistry. Additionally, I'm working on more independent animation and art projects, as well as writing a screenplay. And I owe it all to those crazy Saturday Morning cartoons.

Thanks, Thundercats.
